Supreme Court Remains on the Left on Abortion Ruling

By admin | March 25, 2008

In a somewhat surprising ruling, the Supreme Court denied an appeal by an Arizona sheriff who objected to transporting inmates for elective abortions.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this issue makes it right into the presidential debates this fall, especially considering that McCain is an Arizona Senator.

The ACLU sued to challenge Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s policy related to a woman who was denied transportation rights to an abortion until she received a court order.

Arizona courts said the policy violated the inmates’ institutional rights.

Abortion is murder. Any so called doctor who performs one, and any woman who has one should both be tried for first degree murder. There’s no difference between a woman who has an abortion and that woman in Texas who drowned her kids a few years ago.
