If we are to be blamed for the death of George Tiller, then Al Gore should be blamed for the killing and destruction that Ted Kaczynski, the Unabomber, did. He had Al Gore’s book, Earth in the Balance, in his tiny cabin, and Kaczynski’s manifesto is very similar to what Al Gore wrote in his book.

The Left led by Barack Obama should be blamed for the death of Andrew Long, the Army recruiter in Arkansas who was killed by a Muslim. They should be blamed because they are often trashing the military, while supporting Islamic terrorists at Guantanamo Bay.

The Hollywood Left and the video gaming industry should be blamed for every murder in this country, because, of course, they both glorify killing, which makes the average citizen kill.

Of course, these examples are ridiculous, but there seems to be just as much or even more of a connection then blaming pro-lifers for Tiller’s death.

It’s the same old line by the media and the Left. As usual, they just want to shut up any dissenting view of abortion. It’s an attempt to scare every pro-lifer to never call abortion what it really is - murder. And if we don’t shut up, I wouldn’t be surprised if pro-life speech is covered under future hate crimes legislation. It’s a small step from anti-homosexual opinions being called hate speech to outlawing and punishing any reference to calling abortion murder.

There’s one proper response to all of this. Do not stop focusing on the death of over one million babies a year in the United States! In fact, double the efforts to tell and show what abortion really is. Do not let the Left control the agenda on this issue. There are a number of hypocrisies in the Left’s view that are fairly obvious, i.e., their view of torture when it pertains to terrorists compared to their view of torture of the unborn baby. We need to constantly bring out their inconsistencies and put them on the spot. Who knows, maybe some will actually see the hypocrisy of their views.
